 Graceland likes to stick to one to two quality homes a year. “We’re not a big builder. We prefer custom projects to ensure we execute the client’s mission, sometimes building their legacy,” adds Craig. Which they have. Recently the team completed building a home in Alpine Trails that is just that, a dream house and legacy. This project was intricate and detailed, with Craig and crew spending hours designing and implementing unique layouts and materials, right down to unpacking dishes the night before handing off the key for the family Christmas vacation. At the same time, Graceland was building a small scale home in the Annex, Fernie for a local girl.  Graceland enjoys working on a wide range and varied style of projects. As a Registered Builder, Graceland can provide the thoroughness and expertise of a general contractor. If the client is interested in being more involved in the building process, Graceland can act as the sub contractor.
